Tiger Tiger and Pub Crawl

Thursday February 5 my friends and I went out to Tiger Tiger which is a bar in Piccadilly Circus. (Picadillary Circus and Leicest Sqaure are in Soho...I think...and is just awesome place for bars and clubs). We had heard that it was really good except for on the weekends when an "older" crowd appears. It had great music and a great atmosphere but the "older" crowd shows up on Thursdays too apparently so we did not stay that long. We got the munchies though and walked to a Burger King near our dorm around 1:30 am. It was so good, we all were starving from the dancing at the club. :-)




























Friday February 6 I got lots of work down on my paper in the afternoon that. In the evening my friends and I were invited to a pub crawl in Leicester Square with people from some of the other BU dorms. It sounded like a really good idea but there ended up being about 20 of us which is a little too big haha. We all went to the first pub together (I unfortunately don't know the name) but then we ended up splitting up because the second pub was too crowded for us all to be there. The group I was with found a place in Covent Gardens (cute area that looks like Quincy Market) called the Roadhouse. It was a bar/restaraunt and had great atmosphere. We got drinks (really good price because it was happy hour!) that were awesome and decided to sit down for some food. I shared nachos with Teppy :-)! Then we moved down to Picadilly Circus where we went to the pubs Waxy O'Connors and O'Neils. They were both really fun. Then we hopped on the tube and traveled to a smaller club called Roxy where we met up with some of the people we lost during the pub crawl. Roxy was having a throwback night or something and played really old school American music like Elvis, the Beach Boys, and some disco. However, we (obviously) had started drinking really early so we stopped early and went home around 12:30.

I had a lot of fun going out Thursday and Firday but now I need to buckle down and do lots of work :-( I am not going out until I am in Rome for spring break!! Spring break is in 10 days!!! :-)
