Saturday February 7 I woke up early for a run in Hyde Park and then I met my friend Matt for lunch at a local cafe we like called Cafe Forum. It was really fun and I enjoyed a millionaire shortbread! After the cafe I met up with my friends Ashley and Hillary for a shopping trip down to Harrod's. Harrod's was really fun and expensive. The whole store is so well decorated and fun. They had an opera singer singing to from a balcony over looking the escalators! We looked around in the junior department for awhile but everything was very expensive. We left Harrod's and went to stores that are more in our price range like Zara's, French Connection and H&M. I got some new shirts and necklaces that I am very excited to wear in Rome! :-)
This week will be really quiet and full work work until Friday when I have a class field trip, afternoon tea, and Taming of the Shrew! Then more work this weekend before Rome next week! :-)
