The Magic Flute

Thursday January 29 I went to see the Magic Flute performed by the National English Opera at the Coliseum. I wrote a paper about the Magic Flute sophomore for an Enlightenment history class so I knew about the symbolism and story already. I was very surprised that it was performed in English and not its orginal language, German. However, it was still very well done. The costumes were gorgeous and the actor's voices were amazing. It was my first professional opera and I loved it :-).
